As construction begins in downtown Pagosa Springs, the Pagosa Springs Main Street Program has launched the Cone Zone Challenge to encourage community support for local businesses during the disruption. “We’ve made it easy (and fun) to support your favorite downtown shops, restaurants and services while the cones are out,” said Main Street Coordinator Kathleen McFadden.
