It is that time again, when we start to pull out our fall and winter clothes to see what fits and what we are tired of wearing. St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church at 225 S. Pagosa Blvd. will be holding its annual clothing giveaway on Oct. 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Oct. 10 from 8 a.m. to noon.
We will start collecting clothes for men, women, children and babies on Oct. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon in the church Parish Hall, and then will continue collecting Oct. 5-8 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Please make sure your donations are gently used and, if possible, please separate by men’s, women’s and children’s. It makes setting up and sorting so much easier.
The parishioners at St. Patrick’s have been holding the clothing giveaway for more than 25 years. It is a privilege to help our neighbors find clothing to keep themselves warm during our winter months. Please contribute what you can to help this ministry address the need in our community.
