The Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office will be escorting Deputy William “Bill” Lucero on his final patrol of Archuleta County on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at approximately 10:30 a.m. His final patrol will be on U.S. 160 from west to east through Pagosa Springs. The public is invited to view his final patrol from San Juan Street (main street) in downtown Pagosa Springs.
We are asking for the public not to join the final patrol procession in a vehicle.
During this final patrol there will be some very short temporary closures of intersections along U.S. 160. We ask for the public’s patience and understanding.
