Archuleta County has filed a lawsuit against the owner of the local company At Your Disposal, alleging thousands of dollars in unpaid landfill fees.
According to the complaint, which was filed late last week, the county is alleging that Kathryn M. Young, owner of At Your Disposal, owes $15,654.25 in unpaid fees for using the county’s landfill.
