Moratoriums on retail marijuana operations are now in place for all of Archuleta County, with the institution of a moratorium for the unincorporated parts of Archuleta County by the Board of County Commissioners Tuesday.
Unlike the Town of Pagosa Springs, though, the BoCC has indicated a willingness to move forward with allowing retail marijuana establishments and put the moratorium in place to allow the county to prepare for licensing and taxation of businesses.
