The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners is set to hold a special meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 9, to approve the county’s 2015 budget.
Following is the agenda for the meeting, which is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the commissioners’ meeting room in the courthouse.
• Call to order the special BoCC meeting of Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m.
• Presentation of the 2015 Archuleta County budget.
• Budget hearing:
A. Consideration of a resolution to adopt the 2015 budget.
B. Consideration of a resolution to appropriate sums of money.
C. Consideration of a resolution to set Archuleta County mill levies.
D. Consideration of a resolution establishing a committed fund balance reserve polity for the general fund.
• Executive session to discuss personnel matters.
• Commissioner comments.
• Adjournment of the special BoCC meeting.
The budget proposed for adoption at the meeting is available for inspection in the Archuleta County Courthouse.
