Wolf Creek Ski Area will open Saturday and Sunday with the Nova and Bonanza chairlifts operating from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
After receiving another four inches of new snow, the current all-natural base depth is 22 inches with a year-to-date snowfall of 28 inches.
Several runs will be groomed for beginner and intermediate skiers and boarders, and hike-to terrain will be open to Alberta Peak and Step Bowl with very early season conditions.
Ski School will be available. Lift tickets will be at the Local Appreciation rate of $38 for adults and $22 for seniors and children.
