Town of Pagosa Springs streets crew member Mark Lapen adds festive holiday flare to a tree Dec. 3 in downtown Pagosa Springs. Lapen hoisted himself about 40 feet up in the air to hang custom ornaments in the shape of snowflakes, snowmen and classic globes.
