The Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) board of directors is currently reviewing the residential water supply rate structure, as well as undertaking a comprehensive review of fees and charges the district levies.
The board will be bringing in the help of Fernando Aranda from StepWise Utility Advisors to go over the figures and conduct a rate study for this year.
