The Pagosa Mountain Morning Rotary (PMMR) Club has an ace up its sleeve as it hosts a Texas Hold ‘em Tournament on March 21 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the PLPOA Vista Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave.
The ace represents a fundraising event to purchase ukuleles for Pagosa Springs Elementary and Middle School music programs.
“It’s a win-win,” said Kenny Rogers, PMMR president.
The event will include a cash bar, appetizers and door prizes. There is a $20 entry fee with a 10-percent chip bonus for pre-event signup. You can call 335-9240 to reserve a table or you can pay at the door.
