The Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) is a vital tool in implementing a future for conservation and environmental quality efforts in La Plata and Archuleta counties.
Colorado last reported over 1 million acres participating in CRP, making it the sixth largest state for nationally recognized conservation efforts.
