Pagosa’s community-driven cardiac screening for young athletes took place on Thursday, May 31, at the Pagosa Springs Middle School (PSMS). It was a drive dedicated to identifying any of Pagosa’s own teenagers who may be at risk for sudden cardiac death because of heart abnormalities.
