Late last month, the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership learned it had been awarded $75,000 to begin the construction phase of its geodesic dome project in downtown Pagosa Springs.
According to GGP board member Pauline Benetti, The Southwest Basin Round Table, the local body of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, awarded the GGP $25,000 in March. This initial award was earmarked for installing the water infrastructure for the first geodesic dome.
