Downtown Task Force assists with grant to hire staff

The Downtown Task Force (DTF), which has been working with Downtown Colorado Inc., since 2012 to form some type of development authority, met last week with Pagosa Springs Town Manager Greg Schulte and Mayor Don Volger to exchange information about each entity’s progress towards their mutual goals.
