Enchilada plates, tamale plates, menudo, beans, rice and drinks will be on the menu on Jan. 11 beginning at 1 p.m. The fundraiser will be held at the Archuleta County Fairgrounds, cost will be $3.50 per plate.
Friends will hold a bake sale at the same time, offering tamales, cookies, cakes and tortillas.
