Navajo State Park is holding a kids’ coloring contest as part of its 50th anniversary celebration.
Kids 12 and under can draw what they love about Navajo State Park, such as wildlife, boating, campfires, the water, a ranger, etc. The finished drawings will be displayed in the outside lobby for visitors to view.
Drawings must be submitted by Nov. 1. Entry forms can be picked up at the park visitor center. For more information, call the park at 883-2208, or the website, www.parks.state.co.us/Parks/Navajo.
