Almost a year after the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners began efforts to sell the majority of the land it owns along U.S. 84 to Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) using a grant from U.S. Fish and Wildlife (FAW), an appraisal was delivered to the board Monday, Feb. 23, that the commissioners indicated was lower than anticipated.
