At about 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, the Town of Pagosa Springs announced the mandatory evacuation order for Hermosa and San Juan streets has been lifted.
These areas have returned to pre-evacuation status as a precaution. Residents should remain alert and prepared should conditions change.
While conditions are improving, public safety remains the priority. The town will continue monitoring conditions and providing updates as needed.
