Special to The SUN
The Southwest Colorado eSchool (SWCeS) is accepting enrollments from regional students for the spring 2015 semester starting on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
Students can enroll for full-time study and earn an online diploma. Students may also consult with their current school counselor if they are interested in a blended learning model involving both face-to-face and online coursework, a unique option of this online school.
The SWCeS is a public online school serving secondary students grades 7-12. Enrollments are open to any student from the nine districts of southwestern Colorado spanning Dove Creek to Pagosa Springs. The school is a service of the San Juan Board of Cooperative Education Services and is accredited by the Colorado Department of Education.
Interested students and families may inquire or register on the SWCeS website. There will be two open information and registration nights in December: Monday, Dec. 8, 4-6 p.m., Durango Learning Center, 215 N. 13th St., Durango, and Wednesday, Dec. 10, 4-6 p.m., Dolores Learning Center, 100 N. 6th St., Dolores.
