Pagosa Springs native and Los Alamos National Laboratory Executive Director Richard Marquez received the inaugural Dream Builders award from the National Hispanic Cultural Center during a ceremony on April 11. The award celebrates the achievements of Hispanics who have used their education, training and talents in science, technology, engineering and mathematics or the arts to inspire others in building their dreams.
