According to the Colorado State Patrol incident blotter for the crash, the semi tractor-trailer involved was a 2015 Kenworth Conventional driven by Myles Doug Short, 58, of Salida.
Short was westbound on U.S. 160 near mile point 117.1 at approximately 5:40 p.m. on Sept. 5 when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway.
The semi rolled one-half time before coming to rest on its top, the blotter states.
