The seven members of the Upper San Juan Health Service District (USJHSD) Board of Directors voted unanimously on July 24 to give staff permission to submit a grant application to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DoLA) to help with the purchase of a new HVAC system for a portion of Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC).
