Winners of the Historic Preservation Board’s poster contest for Historic Preservation Month were announced on May 17 at Pagosa Peak Open School by board members Andre Redstone and Chrissy Karas. The first-place elementary school winner is River Stuck, the first-place middle school winner is Mario Kholostov, the People’s Choice winner is Juniper Stuck, and the People’s Choice runners-up are Tevye Zissman and Aliya Johnson. This year’s theme is water.
