The Pagosa Ranger District will be kicking off the interpretive program season with a “Fissuring Out the Past” guided hike at Ice Cave Ridge on Thursday, June 11, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Have you ever wondered what those strange cracks were on Ice Cave Ridge? Come take a pleasant walk and uncover the geology of Ice Cave Ridge and the surrounding area.

Wear walking shoes/boots, dress appropriately for the weather and bring drinking water. Please leave your four-legged friends at home. This is a free program. There is no need to register; just show up.
