The application deadline for the genealogy workshop has been extended until Saturday, June 14.
The workshop, held the same day, is free to those age 10 and above, including adults, to learn how to find and preserve family history.
The workshop is from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Community United Methodist Church on Lewis Street. Parents are encouraged to attend.
