Financial assistance for respite care available

Southwest Colorado Respite Resources

The mission of Southwest Colorado Respite Resources (SCoRR) is to provide funding for respite care, through an application process, to those meeting our criteria.

SCoRR will pay a licensed agency for relief services directly, along with helping with other resources pertaining to respite care.

Caring for loved ones is stressful and causes emotional and financial strain. It is often difficult to find affordable services to assist the caregiver, i.e., transportation or in-home health services, commonly referred to as respite relief.

If you are in need of financial assistance, go to our website at Once on our site, go to the “How to Apply” page; here you will find the application. Print and fill out the application and mail or email it to us. Please contact us if you need assistance. Our mailing address is: Southwest Colorado Respite Resources, 135 Country Center Drive, Ste. F #62, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Our email address is
