In partnership with the Town of Pagosa Springs and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, the DTF has hired a consultant, Jeremy Nelson, to assist in determining interest and feasibility in forming a downtown district, to help determine what will be best for Pagosa Springs and to help educate about downtown districts.
