At the most recent Archuleta County Republican Women (ACRW) meeting, Cotts (center) presented what is new and changing at Aspire. The group reported that listening to Cotts passion and enthusiasm for her life-long calling was inspirational. Aspire’s mission is to empower individuals and families to thrive physically, emotionally and socially by providing medical services and education in a safe and supportive environment. Aspire has impacted more than 260 clients with more than 1,500 appointments. Nine hundred classes were taken and 65 babies were born through its prenatal care program.
