The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) unanimously approved the first amendment to the purchase and sale agreement with the Western Heritage Event Center (WHEC) for a tract of land on U.S. 84, which included the Hughes Pavilion arena at the county fairgrounds on Dec. 21, 2021.
