Black Diamond Dental celebrates grand opening with hero giveaway

Posted

Black Diamond Dental of Pagosa Springs is preparing for its grand opening in March with a community-focused celebration and a contest aimed at honoring local heroes in Pagosa Springs.

As part of its grand opening, the practice is launching a “Nominate a Hero” contest that will award free dental care to someone who gives back to the community. Nominations for someone such as a pastor, volunteer or other local hero can be made by email or by dropping off a statement at the office.

Owner Dr. Justin Nylund said the contest reflects the practice’s focus on service and community involvement. The office plans to partner with local nonprofits, including Aspen House, Lutheran School and Pagosa Valor Academy, as part of its long-term mission to be a community dental practice.

The new clinic will offer comprehensive services, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants, partials, extractions and dentures. The team aims to provide personalized care in a welcoming environment while building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

“Our missions are: to provide the level of care to our patients that we would want for ourselves and our families; to care for members of the community as if they are family and to have a great place to work; to be Pagosa’s community dental practice,” Nylund said.

The practice is also offering a winter promotion called “Let’s Make It White.” Through April 10, patients can receive a complete set of X-rays, exam, cleaning and Boost whitening trays for $179.

Nominations for the hero contest can be submitted by email to welcome@blackdiamonddds.com or dropped off at 2363 Eagle Drive. For more information about the practice and services, visit blackdiamonddentalofpagosasprings.com.
