Spring is in the air and, as the snow recedes, it’s time to give our beautiful town a little TLC.
Calling all moms, daughters, grandmas and girlfriends: Join us for Trash Bash 2026 to help us freshen up our beautiful mountain home.
This day is about more than just cleaning — it’s about celebration. All women of every age and stage are welcome. Form a team, grab your costumes and compete for prizes. Don’t have a costume? No worries — we have plenty of tutus and shiny wigs available for you to borrow.
The details
Trash Bash will be Saturday, April 4. Meet downtown at 10 a.m.
We will provide gloves, trash pickers and bags.
We’ll work together as a group to clear garbage along the riverfront. Once finished, we’ll move to another downtown location in need. (Note: For safety, we will not be cleaning along the highway.)
Compete for awesome prizes for creative costumes and a variety of “trash-related” awards. An after-party will be held at Black Bart’s Brunch.
A celebration of community
Moms, if you’re looking for a meaningful morning out with your daughters, this is a great opportunity to share the importance of stewardship. It’s not a chore — it’s a celebration of our community.
