8 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced small
2 large tomatoes, cored and diced medium
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, stemmed and chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced medium
1 green bell pepper, diced
