The Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) and the San Juan Water Conservancy District (SJWCD) have set the meeting schedules for their boards of directors for the upcoming year.
PAWSD meetings
At a Jan. 29 meeting, the PAWSD Board of Directors approved a resolution setting its meeting schedule.
According to the resolution, the board will meet on the second Thursday of every month except July and November.
However, the board documentation attached to the resolution adds that meetings will likely also need to be held in July and November and will be scheduled as special meetings.
The resolution states that meetings will be held at the PAWSD administrative offices at 100 Lyn Ave. and that physical notice for meetings will be posted at the same location.
Electronic meeting notifications will be posted on the PAWSD website, pawsd.org, according to the resolution.
SJWCD meetings
At a Jan. 12 meeting, the SJWCD Board of Directors set its meeting schedule, which is to hold meetings monthly on the third Monday of the month except for December, when the meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month.
Meetings will be held at the district’s offices at 4670 W. U.S. 160, Suite A2.
