Vets 4 Vets to host annual fundraising dinner and dance

Posted

As autumn’s chill settles into Pagosa Springs, one of November’s most meaningful traditions returns — a special evening dedicated to honoring our local veterans.

Every year in November, our community gathers to recognize our veterans at a special breakfast, flag ceremonies and recognition programs that celebrate those who have served.

This year, the Archuleta County Veterans 4 Veterans organization invites the entire community to join in a truly special event — the second annual Veterans Dinner and Dance Benefit, an evening that directly supports local veterans and their families.

The event will take place on Nov. 14, at the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association Clubhouse (230 Port Ave.), from 5 to 9 p.m.

Guests can look forward to an inspiring evening filled with:

• Recognition and fellowship to honor those who serve.

• Delicious catering featuring BBQ brisket and all the trimmings.

• Live and silent auctions.

• Dance music by the band Smoke and Honey.

Tickets are $49 per person and may be purchased online or at the door. All proceeds benefit local veteran support services.

This evening is designed not only as a fundraiser, but as a heartfelt tribute to the men and women who have served our nation.

Why this matters

For veterans returning home — and those still carrying the weight of their service — events like this help build connection, provide community support and remind them that their sacrifices are never forgotten.

It’s an evening for everyone — families, neighbors and friends — to come together in gratitude, reflection and celebration.

We look forward to seeing you there.
