The Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public meeting Dec. 11 at 5:30 p.m. in the Ross Aragon Community Center’s South Conference Room.
The 30 percent design for the river park at 1040 E. U.S. 160 will be reviewed by request for proposal awardee Southwest River Engineering Inc., and the public will be able to ask questions and make comments on the design.
In May 2025, the town purchased 1040 E. U.S. 160, formerly known as Bob’s LP. This strategic acquisition has provided an opportunity to expand public river access, lengthen our Riverwalk trail corridor, provide additional wetland and park space, and establish a unique and defining recreation location for visitors and locals to see and use as they enter town.
