Pagosa Springs Parks and Rec is now accepting registrations for 10- to 12-year-old boys’ recreational basketball.
The season will run from Jan. 13 through Feb. 26, 2026, and games/practices will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Rec basketball offers young athletes the opportunity to stay active, build basketball skills and enjoy team competition in a fun and supportive environment. The league is designed for players of all experience levels.
The registration fee is $40 per player, and the deadline to sign up is Dec. 31.
Interested families can register online through the Town of Pagosa Springs website, www.pagosasprings.co.gov, by clicking on the Parks and Rec tab on the main page, or in person at the Ross Aragon Community Center.
The program is also seeking volunteer coaches for the upcoming season. Coaching is a great way for parents and community members to get involved, and the registration fee will be waived for a coach’s child.
