Support Special Olympics during Torch Run

Archuleta County Sheriff Rich Valdez and Special Olympics athlete Bret Jackson encourage the community to come out and support the Special Olympics Torch Run on Thursday, May 12. The Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) will be hosting the Special Olympics Torch Run beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, and registration is now open.

The event, the We Care to Share Community Run, is returning to Archuleta County after a hiatus that stretched more than a decade.
