Singing HU, an ancient mantra, has been practiced for thousands of years in one form or another for inner attunement. In the same way a musician can use a tuning fork to find the right pitch, the person singing HU tunes into a higher spiritual awareness.

Join the Spiritual Experiences Group of Pagosa Springs on Sunday, Sept. 17, at 1 p.m. for “Passkey to the Inner Worlds — Open Your Heart & Spiritual Eye with the HU Mantra.”
The event will include singing HU for 15 to 20 minutes, a few minutes of quiet contemplation and a discussion after.
We will meet at the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave.
