HU is a beautiful prayer that has helped me countless times and in so many ways. Recently, I lost a loved one and sang HU to lessen the feelings of grief. It helps heal the heart. I sing HU each day and gain a better understanding of why things happen the way they do in my life. Anyone can sing HU, no matter your age, background or religion.

Join the Spiritual Experiences Group of Pagosa Springs for “Ignite Your Spiritual Growth — Experience HU, an Ancient Mantra and Sacred Sound.” We will meet on Sunday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. We will experience the HU song and follow it with a discussion.
