On Sunday, Sept. 21, at 11 a.m., we will celebrate with an equinox meditation, Himalayan singing bowl meditation and new moon drumming circle with Himalayan master and Finnish shaman Scott Maki at Xanadu.

• Sept. 17, 6 p.m.: Natural medicine ways class — “The Importance of Salt, Grounding Techniques and Meditation.” A $20 donation per class is taken. Contact (970) 510-0309 to reserve your spot.
