One lawsuit could soon be in the past for Archuleta County and commissioner Clifford Lucero, with a settlement offer pending between Lucero and Bill Hudson.
By pocket veto (when a judge fails to enter a judgement in the required time period), Archuleta County and commissioner Clifford Lucero were awarded costs in February. Those costs were associated with a dismissed lawsuit originally filed by Hudson in 2010.
