The award-winning film “The Biggest Little Farm” is coming to the big screen in Pagosa Springs for one night only.
If you’ve ever dreamed of trading the rat race for the land, you need to see this one. “The Biggest Little Farm” — an official selection at Sundance and Telluride — follows John and Molly Chester as they leave the city for 234 acres of bone-dry dirt and spend seven years bringing it back to life: rich soil, orchards, animals, a whole living ecosystem. It’s beautiful, honest and genuinely inspiring.
We’re bringing it to the historic Liberty Theatre as a benefit for the Regenerative Youth of 84 Ranch — our 501(c)(3) teaching Pagosa kids how to grow real food and heal the land. One hundred percent of every ticket goes to them. This is the film that lit the spark for our ranch, and we’d love to share it with our community.
It will show on Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 6 p.m. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The theater is located at 418 Pagosa St.
Tickets are $12, with only 132 seats available.
