Big and littles wrestling

This program takes place on Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., Sept. 9-30.

Geared for 3- and 4-year-old children, this class is taught by high school head coach Dan Janowsky and family. This program takes advantage of children’s natural love to wrestle in a fun environment that involves an adult family member.

Young children will “play” wrestle with their adult partner, imitating the instructors as common wrestling positions, holds, games and exercises are demonstrated.

If you have multiple kids, please register them both for the class; one parent can have more than one kid attend class.

The cost is $30 per child.

7- to 9-year-old coed basketball

This program will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. from Oct. 20 through Nov. 19.

10- to 12-year-old girls’ basketball

Registration ends Oct. 4.

This program will take place Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 p.m. from Oct. 12 through Nov. 18.
