Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Pagosa Peak Open School Board on May 17, 2023 for the 2023-2024 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, and has been filed in the Administration Office of Pagosa Peak Open School and online at pagosapeakopenschool.org where it will be available for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered for adoption at a regular meeting of the Board of Education of said District on June 21, 2022 at 5:00 pm in the conference room at PPOS, 3133 Cornerstone Dr., Pagosa Springs, Colorado. 

Any person paying school taxes in said district may at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget file or register his or her objections thereto.

for the furnishing and installation of Improvements to the Archuleta County Airport - Stevens Field, Schedule I - Runway 1/19, Taxiway A, Main Apron, North GA Apron, Crack Repair, Seal Coat and Striping and Schedule II - Taxiway B Crack Repair, Seal Coat and Striping (Non-Federal), AIP Project No. 3-08-0066-026-2022 and any person, co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid lien against said Maxwell Asphalt, Inc. for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provision, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of final settlement on said 21th day July, 2023, file a verified statement in the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with Archuleta County.

Failure on the part of the claimant to file such final statement will relieve said Owner from all and any liability for such claim.
