Public meeting tonight on lot sizes and density in residential districts

Since October 2015, the Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Commission has been discussing smaller minimum lot sizes in the medium-density residential district (R-12) and the high-density residential district (R-18) as well as increasing the allowable density in the R-18 district from the current allowable 18 dwelling units per acre.
