The Pagosa Unitarian Universalist (UU) Fellowship will engage in Action Sunday this week. In staying with our theme of earth-related attention, the UU Fellowship will join the community at Centennial Park for the local Earth Day celebration.
There will be no services at the fellowship.
As a welcoming faith community, we honor the interdependent web of all existence.
This Sunday, April 26, we take part in the annual, family-friendly event. As part of the wider event, an opening ceremony, beginning with a drum circle, will take place around 9:40 a.m. at the amphitheater.
We hope to see you there as we take action to live our values of caring for our planet. Come share in the joy and beauty of the community and land we inhabit, and, with gratitude and reverence, acknowledge those stewards who came before us.
The UU Fellowship meets for worship services the first and third Sundays of the month, and offers small group ministry the second and fourth Sundays, all beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Our Community Hub is home to several other gatherings and are open to all.
Weekly Tara Meditation practice is Sundays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Qi Gong Practice takes place on Mondays at 1 p.m.
The Wise and Wakeful Circle is held the second and fourth Saturdays at 10 a.m.
You can find us in Greenbriar Plaza, 301 N. Pagosa Blvd., Unit B-15, on the north side facing Pagosa Peak. We also offer Zoom services the first and third Sundays of the month. Find our current newsletter at PagosaUU.org for the link to join on Zoom and further information.
