Pagosa Community Initiative to present free Parent Support Group Meet and Greet

Posted

The Pagosa Community Initiative (PCI) invites local parents to an evening designed for connection, collaboration and shared support.

The Parent Support Group Meet and Greet will be held Tuesday, Oct. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 550 B Hot Springs Blvd.

This is not a preset program — parents will guide the conversation and help shape what the ongoing support group will look like. Whether you’re seeking a space to share experiences, exchange ideas or simply meet other parents who understand the ups and downs of family life, your input will help decide the topics, format and future focus of the group.

To make it easy for families to participate, free dinner and child care will be provided. PCI is committed to making this gathering accessible and welcoming to all.

This first meeting is about creating a parent-driven space for connection, learning and encouragement.

No RSVP is required; just come with your ideas and hopes for what a supportive parent community could be.

For more information or accessibility requests, contact PCI at (970) 585-6461 or visit the PCI offices at 550 B Hot Springs Blvd.

PCI is a local nonprofit dedicated to building a connected, informed and supportive community through programs that strengthen family well-being, youth development and community engagement.
