May the 4th be with moms.

Whether you are a mom, grandmother or a fan of moms, come out to the Yamaguchi Park and spend the morning with friends and family to celebrate moms in our community.

This year we are doing a moon/space theme due to the May 4 date, so plan your team and dress accordingly. We will have themed trivia, music and activities.

Bring your kiddos as we will have stations with games, a bouncy house and multiple activities for kids to enjoy.

Registration is free, and you receive a bag and some goodies just for signing up.

You also receive prizes for raising money. Prizes include a Stanley cup, fanny pack, T-shirt and bag.

All proceeds go directly to help offset costs and keep our prenatal care affordable to everyone in the community, as well as provide evidence-based parenting, baby/toddler classes and prenatal education programs.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. while you enjoy breakfast on us. The walk will begin at 9 a.m., and then awards for best-dressed team, top team fundraiser and top walker will be announced at 10 a.m.

Teams of seven or fewer can register now at https://aspirepagosa.org/walk-for-moms-pagosa-springs/. Then promote your walk pages to family and friends and unite on May 4.

Individuals will be able to pick up their walk prizes and bags during the event.
