La Plata Electric Association (LPEA) is launching its final member satisfaction study in a 10-year survey cycle, conducted in partnership with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA).
Beginning the week of Sept. 15, randomly selected residential members across LPEA’s service territory will be invited to share their feedback by phone or email.
This survey helps LPEA measure member satisfaction, assess service quality and guide the development of future programs.
Surveys will be conducted by NRECA Market Research Services using a combination of email and phone outreach. A representative selection of members across all four districts will be randomly chosen to participate.
Participation is random and voluntary. Responses are anonymous unless members choose to share their identity. No marketing or sales tactics will be used, and participants will not be added to any marketing lists.
Key focus areas of the survey
• Overall satisfaction with LPEA.
• Service quality and reliability.
• Member loyalty and trust.
• Communication and outreach effectiveness.
• Interest in new energy programs or initiatives.
