From the Aug. 13, 1970, Pagosa SUN — STREETS — Streets in Pagosa, being developed by Navajo Trails Corp. west of town, are shown above. The company will soon have completed the rough pioneer work on nearly 20 miles of streets. These streets are in the area between Highway 160 and Lake Pagosa, just west of the Upper Piedra road.
